Byron Quiros

  Byron is an award winning International fitness instructor and sought after dance choreographer who has been teaching and affecting peoples lives for over 16 years. He trained in theatre and dance at the University of California, Irvine and began teaching Jazz, Hip Hop, Salsa, Merengue, & Body Sculpting at local studios & fitness centers. He performed extensively under Janice Plastino and Donald Bradburn, and was mentored by Donald McKayle and the late Bernard Johnson. He was discovered in Mr. Latin California, which lead him to choreograph and dance for BMG & Fonovisa Records, Fiesta Broadway, Puerto Rican Festival, Miss Panamerican, Disney, Craig David, Mariana Seone, Latin Grammy Nominee Ana Barbara, and Grammy Winner Usher Raymond.

Byron has a passion for empowering & motivating students to elevate their fitness to new levels. His success comes from finding true balance between creative choreography, innovative music, and the connection of mind, body, & soul. His unique styles of Hip Hop, Latin, African, Arabic, & Exotic all transform the fitness floor into a unique energetic experience & challenges his students to meet their full potential yet allowing them the freedom to reach it on their own accord. This freedom has created breakthroughs in self expression, trust, courage, hope & complete weight loss via movement and the drive to meet these life challenges through fitness.

For others it’s the pure physical zone of taking their body to a new level. And yet for another group, it’s much more a deep spiritual connection to their reasons.
