Debbie

Debbie has been practicing martial arts for many years. She has been trained in the techniques of American style kickboxing, Muay Thai kickboxing, and Tae Kwon Do. She believed so much in the kickboxing workout that she decided to become an instructor and share the benefits with others. Debbie is certified through the AFPA in Cardio-Kickboxing, which allows her to teach kickboxing with equipment, without equipment, or in a circuit-training format. She is also a certified Nutrition Consultant.
Her kickboxing skills have enabled her to do several commercials, workout videos, and TV appearances as well as kickboxing exhibitions for Bodies in Motion.
Debbie’s classes incorporate the five essential components that improve physical fitness: cardio respiratory activity (and then some!), muscular strength training, muscular endurance training, flexibility, and improvement in body fat composition. Her classes get results! You won’t want to miss this fun and energetic workout!
