Tiffani Lessard

  Tiffani Lessard was born and raised in the state of Washington. Tiffani has a long-standing interest in sports and exercise, beginning at age 4 when she started ballet. She soon progressed into competitive sports including softball, track, volleyball, soccer, and gymnastics. Tiffani competed in gymnastics for five years and ended her gymnastics career with earning several State competitive awards. She soon became interested in aerobics, which she taught in college. Tiffani was hired at Bally Total Fitness in 1999, where she taught both aerobics and spinning classes. In 2001, she was voted as Instructor of the Year and also was featured in a Bally’s commercial.

Tiffani attended Washington State University, where she received a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and later received a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Southern California. She is currently a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for a nonprofit organization in Northridge where she is a mental health therapist- for children and families; she also maintains a private practice.

If you were to join one of Tiffani’s spinning classes you would see her singing and dancing, as well as motivating and challenging her members. When she teaches the room is full of energy, optimism, and GREAT music.
