Nicolas Saignac

  Nicolas Saignac has been teaching Executive Boxing and Executive Kickboxing classes at Bodies In Motion since 1993. A Savate champion, Saignac won the French Cup in Combat Savate in 1988. He currently serves as the Technical Advisor for the U.S. Savate Federation and is internationally recognized as one of the foremost experts in the training and art of Savate.

Nicolas has studied psychology and sports psychology and has a teaching diploma recognized by the French Ministry of Sports to teach boxing professionally.
