So many people stay far away from yoga saying, "I'm not flexible enough". Yoga is
not about twisting into a pretzel or standing on your head and certainly not about
any kind of performance. Yoga is about maintenence. Yoga is about balance. Yoga is
about taking a look at yourself which, in my opinion, is the best education you
can get. All that's required in a yoga practice is that you move, breathe and
sweat. What could make more sense than to use your own body weight as your weight
machine? What could make more sense than to use your muscles to decompress and
release all that life puts on to us?Through a dynamic flow, you'll learn how to
manage stress while getting the best workout possible. I look forward to meeting
