Bio
  Mark is known at Bodies in Motion for his RoadRacers and Yoga classes. He trained under Chris Kostman, and has been teaching RoadRacers for 2 ½ years. He is often referred to by students as "Yoga on Wheels", because of the emphasis he puts on the mental and physical aspects/dimensions of RoadRacers training. Mark has been teaching Power Yoga for 8 years, which is based on classical Astanga sequence. His challenging and dynamic yoga class increases strength endurance, as well as flexibility with time. Most recently, Mark began teaching Bodies On the Ball, a total body conditioning class, using the ball as a prop to "soften things up." He says this workout is as drawing as a standard weight workout, and he is able to create a playful atmosphere, while working on flexibility, strength and toning.
