Lyle Laver

  It is all about the bike! Lyle has been a cyclist since he can recall. A
bicycle was his primary source of transportation from the age of 5 till the age of
27 when he bought his first car and moved out of the big city. And growing up
in Canada… it was always the winter time snow that took him off of his bike and
put him on his skates.

Today, Lyle is still sharing his passion for fitness and health except now he has
taken it into the gym. You usually can hear him pushing his students hard above
the Motown on his bike taking his passion to a whole other level as a Certified
Spin™ Instructor.

Weekends you’ll find him on his road bike in the Santa Monica mountains…
Lyle lives with his beautiful wife, Beatrice and their crazy cat, Tacoma in Studio
City, CA.
