  My name is Ian Harris. I have been training in martial arts for 20 years. I have trainined in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Jeet Kune Do Concepts, Muay Thai Kickboxing, Shooto/Submission Wrestling, Kenpo, Greco Roman and Western Boxing.
