Bio
  Karen Harris is a master class presenter and workshop provider in both the USA and abroad. She presents on various aspects of strength training; stability training; flexibility training; and kickboxing. She also taught a master workshop on movement for kids in Paris, France. As well as a master workshop on strength training/kickboxing in West Africa.
Karen received scholarships and honors in dance from Pasadena City College and Cal State Long Beach. She trained on a scholarship at the Panieff Ballet Center in Los Angeles, the Dupree Dance Academy and the Alvin Ailey Dance Center in New York. While performing as a soloist, she had the opportunity to share her talents with people in Canada, Haiti, Holland, Japan, Germany, Italy, Austria, the British Virgin Islands, and Mexico.
Karen was introduced to the power of internal martial arts, Tai Chi, and Wushu. "Wu" stands for military, and "Shu" means art. Wushu means the art of fighting or Martial Arts. It is praticed for its method of achieving health, healing, self-defense skills, and mental discipline. She has also trained with Master Trainer, Billy Blanks in the specialties of Tae Bo, boxing, and kickboxing.
Furthermore, Karen is a Certified Personal Fitness Trainer (PFT), has been teaching and training for over 20 years, and has received awards for outstanding achievement in recognition of her inspiration and dedication to the health and fitness industry.
