Bio
  Jeff has trained for nearly 9 years in various styles of Martial Arts which include: Tae Kwon Do, Jeet Kune Do, Brazilian Jujitsu, Muay Thai and Vale Tudo. He believes in an active and healthy lifestyle for physical fitness and mental well being. Biking, running, surfing, skating, resistance training and martial arts are all part of his regiment.

While taking Jeff's class, members will be exposed to a mix of his martial arts background using punches & strikes, elbows & knees and all ranges of kicks for fitness and practicality. Members will have fun working on timing, form, strengthening & flexibility as well as conditioning.

"I like to set a fast and steady pace in my class, whether it's kicking the heavy bag, striking quick combinations on the Thai pads and focus mitts or through floor exercises - my class will help get you in shape!"
