Pam Heffler

Has a B.F.A. in Dance from U.Mass and has worked as a professional dancer in LA & New York in films, music videos & a modern dance co. (5yrs)
She is a certified fitness instructor (AFAA) and a certified fitness trainer (A.C.E.) and has taught fitness classes for the last several years including (step, sculpt, low impact aerobics, stretch, pilates and yoga). Pam was also a member of the BFIT training network in New York.
Pam currently teaches mat pilates at Bodies in Motion. Her background in dance has given her the understanding & awareness to teach and master the pilates technique.
Her class focuses on body alignment, breathing and intense core strengthening. The class is an all over body workout designed to balance out the muscle groups while training, strengthening, toning and literally reshaping in the body.
