Bio
  Dahlia has been practicing yoga for twenty years, in Montreal, New York
and Los Angeles. Her classes blend Hatha Yoga in a flow/vinyasa style. She was first introduced to yoga at 16. It was a life
changing experience and led her to explore many different types of
yoga. She completed her teacher training at Center for Yoga, and has
been teaching since 1997. She loves sharing her passion for yoga in a
fun and relaxed atmosphere. Her classes are challenging, with emphasis
on self-acceptance, and being kind to oneself. She hopes to help people
realize their unlimited potential and ability to transform and regenerate!
